Terms of Service
Effective 4 July 2026 · plain-language version
By using Skema you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose — Skema is in beta, and we'd rather be clear than exhaustive.
The service
- Skema is a browser-based floor-plan editor, currently in beta: features change, and occasional bugs or downtime are possible.
- The editor is free while in beta. Paid tiers will be announced before anything starts costing money — nothing is charged silently.
Your content
- Everything you design belongs to you. You grant us only the technical permission to store and process it so the product can work.
- You can export your work and ask us to delete your account and data at any time (hello@skema.life).
Important: not construction documentation
Skema plans (including the free catalogue) are design drafts. Before building, always have your plans verified and adapted by licensed professionals in your jurisdiction — local codes, site conditions and engineering requirements vary. Skema is provided «as is», without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on its output.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break it, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and note it on the site. Questions — hello@skema.life.
