Privacy Policy
Effective 10 July 2026 · plain-language version
Skema is in beta, and we keep our privacy story simple: we collect the minimum needed to run the product, we don't sell or share your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address and password (stored hashed), used to sign you in.
- Your projects — the plans and models you create, stored so you can open them from any device.
- Waitlist entries — email and the role you pick (homeowner / architect / developer), used only to invite you to early access.
- Anonymous usage analytics — page views and button clicks via Vercel Analytics, without cookies or cross-site tracking. We can't identify you from it.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (managed database) and the site is served by Vercel. Both are established infrastructure providers; traffic is encrypted in transit.
One small exception: when you join the waitlist, a one-off notification with your email and chosen role is relayed to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-relay service. It's used only to deliver that notification — your waitlist entry itself lives in Supabase.
What we never do
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We don't share your designs — they are yours.
- We don't send marketing email you didn't ask for; the waitlist gets invite emails only.
Your choices
Want your account, projects or waitlist entry deleted — or a copy of your data? Email hello@skema.life and we'll handle it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and note it on the site.
